Uswah is an Islamic educational application designed to help users explore and learn from the Hadith collections of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The App provides search functionality, browsing by topics, and tracking of viewed content for educational purposes.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account through third-party services like Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Hadith texts provided in the App are generally sourced from public domain collections. However, the unique organization, software, design, and trademarks of Uswah are the property of Uswah and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App's code or design without express permission.
Uswah may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions for premium features. All transactions are handled through your respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payments are non-refundable through us directly, and you should contact the app store for billing issues.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the App. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not warrant the completeness or reliability of the Hadith translations or metadata provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uswah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
